Duties and Responsibilities

  • • Analyze client job performance measures by interviewing and holding focus groups with experts, observing job performance in selection and training environments, and assessing job requirements.
  • • Conduct analysis on work environments, organizational structures, communication systems, group interactions, morale, and motivation in order to assess organizational functioning.
  • • Write reports on and communicate findings from organizational analyses. Recommend changes to client’s organizational functioning.
  • • Provide answers to performance questions posed by client, advising clients on best practices and their potential effects on performance.
  • • Collaborate with Horizon Performance Industrial-Organizational Psychologists on performance enhancement methodology and development of consulting best practices.
  • • Assist in creating client training materials and conducting client training on how to utilize data collection software.
  • • Collaborate with Technical Advisors to design job performance specifications for software configuration.
  • • Collaborate with Technical Advisors to ensure the software configuration is appropriately capturing performance data.
  • • Assist Technical Advisors in designing reports and ensuring information is presented accurately to client stakeholders.

  • Active DoD Security Clearance and meet eligibility requirements to access classified information.
  • • BA or BS degree, preferably in social sciences, business or management.


  • • 6 years experience in an assessment, selection, training, or development environment.
  • • Knowledge of organizational psychology principles.
  • • Experience working in a military environment.
  • • Experience integrating software solutions into daily workflow.
