Horizon’s Leader Academy is a challenging professional development program designed to equip operational level managers to lead through and across teams. The Academy develops collaborative leaders who are poised to bridge the gap between strategic objectives and team execution. The Academy is asynchronous – meaning each day is a stand-alone session. If you miss one session you can pick up right where you left off in the next session. Horizon will provide any documentation requested to earn Continuing Education Units/Credits (CEUs). Hosted at Malones Prime Events & Receptions, 3373 Tates Creek Rd, in Lexington’s Lansdowne Shoppes, the Academy is all-inclusive and provides all materials, refreshments, and lunch.
