At Horizon Performance, our Field Service Representatives (FSRs) serve as the primary on-site technical representatives for our clients, partnering directly with organizations to implement, support, and enhance GideonSoft, Horizon Performance’s enterprise performance management platform.
FSRs work closely with leadership and end users to configure software, deliver user training, troubleshoot issues, support daily operations, and gather requirements for future enhancements. Through these efforts, they drive software adoption, improve decision-making, and help organizations maximize the value of GideonSoft in support of their mission.

Location: Fort Bragg, NC (supporting the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School)
Travel: Limited; position is primarily on-site
