2006

Contracted to establish the Marine Special Operations Assessment & Training programs.

2008

Served NASA’s Deep Space Mission Astronaut selection program.

2011

GideonSoft, Horizon’s proprietary software, redesigned as a web-based software solution.

2013

Horizon creates an Athletics Division to support coaches, teams, and Athletics departments.

2017

Inaugural Leader eXchange Retreat – evolves to a coveted annual leader development forum.

2018

Developed the Continual Leader Development Program for Naval Special Warfare Command.
