2006
Contracted to establish the Marine Special Operations Assessment & Training programs.
2008
Served NASA’s Deep Space Mission Astronaut selection program.
2011
GideonSoft, Horizon’s proprietary software, redesigned as a web-based software solution.
2013
Horizon creates an Athletics Division to support coaches, teams, and Athletics departments.
2017
Inaugural Leader eXchange Retreat – evolves to a coveted annual leader development forum.
2018
Developed the Continual Leader Development Program for Naval Special Warfare Command.
2019
Scale Whole Person and Peer Assessments to student-athletes across multiple universities.
2020
Begin service to the restaurant industry to increase retention and develop front line leaders.
2021
Horizon establishes the Private Sector Division to expand services into commercial markets.
2022
Host the Joint Special Operations Command’s semi-annual leadership development conference.

Celebrated Horizon Performance’s 20th Anniversary – and just getting started.

Established the Data & Analytics Division increasing capabilities to full service, science, and software.
